Sidequest drops one real-life quest every morning. Do it before the day ends, prove it with a photo, and level up the traits you actually care about — with your friends watching.
Fair question. Here's the full rundown.
Sidequest turns your real life into an RPG. Every morning at the same moment, everyone gets a quest — a small, doable challenge out in the real world. Complete it, upload photo or video proof, and earn XP toward the traits you picked. Miss the 24-hour window and that quest is gone forever.
There are 30 of them, covering your body, mind, social life, spirit, and life skills — things like Strength, Charisma, Discipline, Humor, Gratitude, and Wealth. You pick at least five you want to build, choose three as your primaries, and most of your quests are drawn from those. You can change them anytime.
Friends only. When you complete a quest, your proof posts to a feed that only your friends can see. There's no public feed, no strangers, no algorithm deciding who watches you do a push-up. Squad quest proofs stay inside the squad.
A group of up to 10 friends who get a shared quest each day on top of their personal one. The squad votes on which quest to take, everyone completes it on their own, and the squad streak only survives if everyone pulls through. Bigger squads are harder to coordinate, so they earn more XP.
Your streak is on the line. If you've earned a shield, you can spend it to revive your streak the next time you open the app. No shield, no mercy — the counter resets and you start the climb again.
Nothing. Sidequest is free — no subscriptions, no coin packs, no paying your way out of a missed quest. XP is earned, never bought.
Soon. Sidequest is coming to the App Store on iPhone first, starting with a small early crew. Keep an eye on this page.
